Publish my practitioner details

Summary of steps:

1. Log in to the PCA™ Portal.
2. Click on the Publishing dropdown and select My practitioner details. Alternatively, click n the Publish button drop-down on the right-hand panel and select My practitioner details. 
3. Click on the Add button or adding business partners hyperlink.
4. Select the business partners you want to publish to.
5. Read and accept the information use statements
6. Click on Publish button.
