Aged Care Facility Manager

Simone has dedicated her career in aged care, with the past 7 years spent as a facility manager.
She needs a system to ease governance and compliance tasks so she can focus on patient care and team support.
Scenario
As an aged care facility manager, I want to access critical patient data across multiple systems including Telehealth Services and Patient Administration System (PAS) in a timely manner. This will enable me to support my staff in providing quality care at my facility.
Acceptance criteria
1. Systems requirements
- The system should allow me to see patient data such as medications, observations, activities and administrative tasks in one system.
- I should be able to use my existing log in details to access the system, and have my user access preset to my role.
- I need access to see all patient clinical and demographic data in one system and run reports at a patient or department level.
2. Governance and compliance
- I should be able to configure and run reports to meet governance and compliance requirements detailing quality standards.
- The system should provide a full audit trail for who has accessed, added, removed information and store these logs on requests, for example a coroner report.
3. Support
- The system comes with clear processes and procedures for managing patient data and running reports.
- Maintenance of system requires low resourcing and vendor support is offered for clients with minimal IT resources.
