Dr Caroline Yates

I have been a GP for about 20 years and hold FRACP and Rural Generalist fellowship qualifications. My current roles include a FIFO role for RFDS Qld, where I fly to rural Primary Health Centres and provide GP services. I also provide Locum Senior Medical Officer cover to rural and remote Primary Health Care and small Emergency departments. I usually work in Queensland, but I have also worked in NT and Indian Oceans Health services. I have a particular interest in rural and remote health, emergency medicine and indigenous health. I am interested in improving efficiency and safety on a health systems basis by incorporating digital and other technologies to improve patient outcomes.
