NEHTA is pleased to announce the publication of six updated Clinical Document specifications and the Clinical Documents Integration Toolkit v1.5.

eHealth Pathology Report v1.1
This release adds the personally controlled electronic health record (PCEHR) conformance profile and associated updates to the template package library.
The release now includes a conformance profile which implementers can use to in order to meet PCEHR conformance declarations. The eHealth Pathology Report Template Package Library update includes changes specifically related to the eHealth Pathology Report PCEHR Conformance Profile and the recently updated Clinical Documents Common Conformance Profile v1.6.

eHealth Pathology Report View v1.1
This release includes updates to the eHealth Pathology Report View Presentation and Data Usage Guide 1.1 based on feedback from early implementers. The updates give software developers greater flexibility in designing software and meeting conformance requirements. The changes are largely related to column headings, displaying text blocks where space is limited, as well as clarification on viewing PDF documents.
The eHealth Pathology Report View now includes:
- A requirement to link to source CDA® document and display that document first, or at the same time as the associated PDF (see eHealth Pathology Report View Presentation Guide v1.1, View-CM17).
- More flexibility when text is hidden (View-CM35).
- Flexibility on how data is displayed with respect to column headings etc. (View Path06).
- A default sort order of collection date (View-Path102).

Health Record Overview v1.1
This release includes updates to the Health Record Overview Presentation and Data Usage Guide v1.1 resulting from additional information that is now included in the revised Shared Health Summary as part of the recent release of the personally controlled electronic health record (PCEHR) system.
The Health Record Overview now accommodates the following:
- Reaction type has been added to the Shared Health Summary Adverse reaction section.
- Other Medical history item is now called uncategorised medical history item.
- Entitlements and Qualifications now added to xml for CDA® Document Authors.
- HPI-O now has an address and electronic communication details in the XML.

PCEHR B2B Gateway Services v1.7
This release of the PCEHR B2B Gateway Service includes updates to the technical service specification for the View Service and updates to both the logical and technical service specifications for the Registration Service.
These updates document the following capability introduced to the PCEHR system in June 2015:
- Minor update to the Health Record Overview.
- Enhancements to the Registration Service.
- Support for Veteran and Australian Defence Force status.
- Support for general purpose phone number.
- Support for asserting parental responsibility during Assisted Registration.

Clinical Documents Integration Toolkit v1.5
This release provides an updated Clinical Document Library to support updated specifications (Pathology, Diagnostics, Event Summary, Shared Health Summary and Discharge Summary) and an updated Clinical Document Data Extractor to support updated specifications including Adverse Reaction Type.
The previously name CDA Validator has been removed and published as a separate product called the Clinical Package Validator.
Some of the product component file names have been renamed and the product data sheets updated to acknowledge HL7® and CDA® trademarks and to meet our HL7® licencing requirements.
